About
Our Company
Kwik N' Kleen is a division of Home Care Service Staffing, which originated in
the year 2000 with Home Health Aides, Housekeeping, Transportation,
and other services for the elderly and disabled. HCSS quickly grew
to service approximately 200 clients on a weekly basis.
HCSS was formed out of a unique friendship
and desire to form a company that is quality oriented, as well
as customer and employee friendly. In the spring of 2004, we added
Kwik N' Kleen house cleaning services, building on our reputation
for excellence.
Commitment
At Kwik N' Kleen, we take great pride in our
service and your satisfaction, and our commitment to your satisfaction
shows through in everything we do.
Committed to Quality
Because we are committed to the quality of our work, our company
welcomes ongoing input from clients. If you are not present during
the time of service, our assistant will leave you a card letting
you know what services were provided, and giving you the chance
to give input regarding the next scheduled visit. You are always
welcome to call and share information with our office at any time,
assuring that you, too, will be satisfied with the quality of
our work.
Committed to Your Peace of Mind
All of our employees are bonded and insured, and submit
to a criminal background check before they are hired.
Committed to Your Health
We use your cleaning equipment to avoid cross contamination
of bacteria and allergens between homes, and to ensure
that your home is cleaned your way.
Reliability
HCSS has a reputation for reliability in the
community. You may have read articles about us in the Grand
Rapids Press or your local Advance, or seen us on the
evening news. We are members of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. We are a local company, completely owned and operated in this
community. Our owners not only claim ownership, they also work
the business, always dealing with concerns personally.
