House Cleaning Services
Let us clean your house for you, the way you would if you had the time! Below are some of the cleaning services offered

Bathroom Cleaning
- Sink, tub, toilet cleaned/disinfected with product of your choice
- Counter top cleaned
- Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Floors washed/carpets vacuumed
- Cobwebs removed
- Dry rag dusting of flat areas
- Window sills/ledges damp wiped
- Clean shower grout
- Special cleaning to shower door
- Clean doors and frame/dust and fingerprint grime
- Wipe down baseboards
Kitchen Cleaning
- Counter tops and sinks washed and disinfected with product of
your choice
- Outside range hood cleaned
- Top and front of range cleaned
- Outside of other kitchen appliances cleaned and wiped down
- Floor vacuumed/mopped
- Microwave wiped out
- Cobwebs removed
- Dry rag dusting of flat areas
- Clean inside of range hood
- Extra attention to floors (price may reflect detail needed)
- Baseboards wiped
- Clean cabinet fronts
- Window sills/ledges damp wiped
- Oven cleaned per instruction
Living Areas and Bedroom
- Dry rag dusting flat areas (otherwise you provide polish of
choice)
- Vacuum carpets and drapes
- Wood floors dusted with dust mop/vacuum as needed
- Cobwebs removed
- Mirrors cleaned
- Doors and door frames/dust and fingerprint grime
- Picture frames/window sills dusted or damp wiped
- Furniture detail hand wiped or polished (client provides polish)
- Wipe down baseboards
- Carpets under accessible furniture vacuumed
For house cleaning, we can use your cleaning equipment to avoid cross contamination of bacteria and
allergens between homes, and to ensure that your home is cleaned your way.

Construction Cleanup
Kwik N' Kleen does new home construction cleanup! We'll clean up anything except broken glass, hazardous
materials, carpets, and outside windows requiring a ladder. If you need those services, we do partner with companies
that offer them. Our requirements for construction sites are simply that they are a safe environment, temperature
friendly, and you provide any specialty cleaners needed.
